Jacobs Ladder is part of the Kaibab trail in the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Jacobs Ladder is a series of steep grades with many switchbacks. The Kaibab is a shorter trail to Phantom Ranch than the Bright Angel trail which is two miles longer but not as steep. (Photo/Will Powers)
